Dr Rony Ganguly is the Founder and CEO of Pindrop Hearing. He has dual registration with the HCPC as a Clinical Scientist in Audiology and as a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser.
He has both a Master’s Degree and a Doctorate Degree in Audiology obtained from University College London (UCL) and Nova South eastern University (NSU, Florida) in 1999 and 2020, respectively.

Harry brings a wealth of expertise across audiological assessment, rehabilitation and patient care. Having served as Clinical Lead for a nationally recognised BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) service, he is particularly skilled in diagnosing and managing balance disorders, as well as providing tailored support for patients experiencing tinnitus and hearing loss.

Elizabeth is an experienced Audiologist, graduating with highest honours from the University of Leeds BSc Audiology in 2015. Since then she has worked in a variety of roles and has a special interest in complex cases. Before joining Pindrop she worked for a leading diagnostic manufacturer as a clinical trainer, delivering talks and training to Audiologist around the UK and Europe. Elizabeth is passionate about precision when it comes to hearing aid fitting and highly motivated to get the best performance possible from each hearing aid she fits.

Sara completed her Master’s degree in Audiology at University College London. She completed her Clinical training right here at Pindrop Hearing! As a trainee audiologist she was immersed in the Pindrop hearing values and clinical standards.

Zhuqeelah brings extensive experience in both adult and paediatric audiology, having worked in tertiary hospitals alongside ENT specialists and in independent private practices in South Africa and the UK. She is passionate about delivering personalised, evidence based hearing care, with expertise in diagnostic hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, aural rehabilitation and earwax removal. Inspired by her own family’s experience with hearing loss, Zhuqeelah is committed to helping patients improve their communication and quality of life through compassionate, patient centred care.

Abigail is a highly experienced audiologist with a strong background in adult and paediatric diagnostic audiology, hearing aid rehabilitation, tinnitus management, auditory processing disorders and wax removal. As a former Clinical Lead, she also brings extensive experience in training, supervising and supporting the professional development of other audiologists. Passionate about evidence-based, patient-centred care, Abigail takes time to understand each patient’s individual needs and carefully verifies and fine-tunes every hearing aid fitting. She is committed to gold-standard clinical practice and finds it incredibly rewarding to build lasting relationships with patients throughout their hearing journey.

Tayla is a highly experienced audiologist with an extensive background in adult and paediatric audiology. Having worked in both hospital and private practice settings, she is skilled in diagnostic hearing and vestibular assessments, hearing aid and BAHA fittings, and paediatric audiological care. Passionate about giving patients the gift of hearing, Tayla combines clinical expertise with a warm, patient-centred approach. She is committed to delivering the highest standard of care and enjoys using the latest technology to make a meaningful difference to every patient’s quality of life.

Yasmin brings a strong clinical background in primary care and has developed extensive expertise in earwax removal (microsuction & irrigation). As an Ear Wax Specialist, she is highly skilled in microsuction, irrigation and manual instrumentation, providing safe, effective treatment tailored to each patient’s needs. Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient centred care, Yasmin takes pride in helping patients experience immediate improvements in their hearing and comfort while ensuring they feel relaxed, informed and supported throughout their appointment.
Marta is an experienced operational specialist in the audiology field, currently serving as Practice Manager at Pindrop Hearing, Temple Fortune. With several years of hands‑on experience in hearing loss and tinnitus care, she brings deep clinical insight to the operational side of patient services. She supports audiologists and front‑of‑house teams through structured training, workflow optimisation, and best‑practice procedures that elevate both clinical outcomes and patient experience. Known for her clarity, organisation, and calm leadership, Marta ensures every patient receives professional, personalised support throughout their hearing‑care journey.
As a passionate Business Development Manager at Pindrop Hearing, Sophia is dedicated to driving growth and fostering strategic partnerships that enhance accessibility to innovative hearing solutions. With a strong background in business development and a keen understanding of the healthcare industry, Sophia excels at identifying new opportunities, expanding market reach, and helping Pindrop Hearing continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those with hearing loss.
Natasha joined the Pindrop Team in 2021 as Branch Manager of our Winchmore Hill Clinic.
For the last 10+ years she has worked within beauty, Aesthetics and healthcare.
Now, she will be managing day to day running of the clinic and on hand to provide the best possible client care as per the overall Pindrop Hearing ethos and deep rooted values.
Georgia joined the Pindrop Hearing team in 2022 and is the Branch manager of our Chelsea Clinic on the King’s Road.
Georgia is responsible for the day to day smooth running of our Chelsea branch and will be the first point of contact for all patients coming to visit our Chelsea clinic.
Tavia joined the Pindrop Hearing team in 2018 and as practice manager she is responsible for the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the Harley Street practice.
Tavia is always on hand to assist the audiologist in providing the best possible service and care for the clients.

Known for her professionalism and warm approach, Fiona plays a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
