Bluetooth hearing aids require some level of comfort with technology, as they often involve pairing with devices, using apps, and managing settings. Those who are less tech-savvy might find traditional hearing aids easier to use.
That’s why we are here to help. If we feel that you would benefit from using hearing aids, we will talk to you about the most appropriate device for you, taking into account: technology, style, comfort & value for money.
Bluetooth hearing aids are generally designed for mild to moderate hearing loss. For individuals with severe or profound hearing loss, more specialised hearing aids might be necessary.
Our thorough consultation process enables us to recommend the right hearing aid for you and your lifestyle. We will spend time discussing your symptoms, hearing history, exactly when and where you are having hearing difficulties, as well as other related issues such as Tinnitus, loudness sensitivity, noise exposure and family history.
Our approach means we’re perfectly placed to help guide you through the process of finding the right hearing treatment.
As one of the UK’s top five leading, independent audiology practices, we think about hearing healthcare differently.
We’re specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing conditions, but just as important is our understanding that hearing loss can make people feel isolated, anxious and socially withdrawn.

Book an AppointmentMore thorough and comprehensive than the free hearing tests offered by high street chains.
Our Hearing TestsWe use a process called ‘Real Ear Measurement removing any element of guesswork.
Hearing AidsWe recommend that you begin testing your hearing aids in situations where you feel comfortable.
AftercareWe work from 3 stand alone, full time, specialised boutique hearing clinics, kitted out to the highest standards with the best equipment and facilities to ensure the most accurate testing and fitting, leading to the best result possible.
We are fully and truly independent offering hearing aids from all the different hearing aid manufacturers so we can make individual recommendations based on your needs and NOT based on deals we have made for bulk buying stock hearing aids – like many of our competitors do.
We are also one of the very few Hearing Clinics that are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
We are one of a very small number of hearing clinics that perform Speech in Background Noise testing both Before and After Each hearing aid fitting so we can objectively measure and optimise the benefit from your hearing aid fitting.
We want to work with you for the long term so you can achieve the best possible hearing outcome today and, in the years, to come.
We also offer trial periods with all our hearing aids and give you the opportunity to try and compare different makes and models until we achieve the best outcome possible as measured by objective testing.
Each of our clinics has a dedicated admin team and we pride ourselves on providing exemplary levels of aftercare for up to 5 years with our hearing aids.
Our 2-Year Aftercare plan comes as standard and is included in the price of the hearing aids, it includes 6-month checks and annual re-assessments.
In addition to your 6 monthly check-up appointments, you can come in and see us for minor adjustments or ‘fine tuning’ any time you like, for the lifetime of your hearing aid. We also invite you to annual reassessment appointments, where we will re-test your hearing, check the hearing aids and re program them if your hearing has changed. This way, you’ll continue to enjoy maximum benefit from your hearing aids.
If, after your second follow up appointment you are not totally satisfied with your new hearing aids, then you can return them to us and we will give you a full refund, less the £149 consultation fee which is non-refundable and provided that this is within forty days of the initial fitting.
However, it is very rarely necessary for patients to return hearing aids to us. Our return rate is extremely low.
