We are an independent clinical audiology practice offering unbiased advice and personalised, bespoke hearing solutions tailored to your individual hearing needs.
As well as fitting your Hearing Aids to the highest possible standards, at Pindrop Hearing we provide exceptional levels of ongoing support and aftercare to ensure you continue getting the maximum benefit from your Hearing Aids for years to come.
As one of the UK’s top five leading, independent audiology practices, we think about hearing healthcare differently.
We’re specialists in the diagnosis and treatment of hearing conditions, but just as important is our understanding that hearing loss can make people feel isolated, anxious and socially withdrawn.
Our approach means we’re perfectly placed to help guide you through the process of finding the right hearing treatment.
Our thorough consultation process enables us to recommend the right hearing aid for you and your lifestyle

Hearing AidsFollow-up appointments to monitor progress and fine-tune the device for maximum comfort and performance.
Follow UpOngoing Aftercare: Long-term support with regular check-ups to ensure continued satisfaction and address any changes in your hearing.
Ongoing AftercareWe work from 3 stand alone, full time, specialised boutique hearing clinics, kitted out to the highest standards with the best equipment and facilities to ensure the most accurate testing and fitting, leading to the best result possible.
We are fully and truly independent offering hearing aids from all the different hearing aid manufacturers so we can make individual recommendations based on your needs and NOT based on deals we have made for bulk buying stock hearing aids – like many of our competitors do.
We are also one of the very few Hearing Clinics that are registered with and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our initial consultation and Hearing test is much more thorough and comprehensive than the free hearing tests offered by the high street chain providers.
Our Audiologists are clinically excellent and are all qualified with either undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in Audiology. Our team has over 50 years of combined experience in Audiology.
We charge for our assessments, time and expertise so you can be sure your audiologist is under no pressure to “sell” you hearing aids and we will not miss any potentially referable conditions.
If we feel that you would benefit from using hearing aids, we will talk to you about the most appropriate device for you, taking into account: technology, style & comfort and value for money.
As a totally independent provider of hearing healthcare solutions, we’re free to choose the best hearing aids for our clients from the world’s leading manufacturers.
With us, you have access to the most technologically advanced, discreet hearing aids from brands such as Oticon, Widex, Phonak, Starkey and Unitron, most of which are not available on the NHS.
We are one of a very small number of hearing clinics that perform Speech in Background Noise testing both Before and After Each hearing aid fitting so we can objectively measure and optimise the benefit from your hearing aid fitting.
We want to work with you for the long term so you can achieve the best possible hearing outcome today and, in the years, to come.
We also offer trial periods with all our hearing aids and give you the opportunity to try and compare different makes and models until we achieve the best outcome possible as measured by objective testing.
Each of our clinics has a dedicated admin team and we pride ourselves on providing exemplary levels of aftercare for up to 5 years with our hearing aids.
Our 2-Year Aftercare plan comes as standard and is included in the price of the hearing aids, it includes 6-month checks and annual re-assessments.
In addition to your 6 monthly check-up appointments, you can come in and see us for minor adjustments or ‘fine tuning’ any time you like, for the lifetime of your hearing aid. We also invite you to annual reassessment appointments, where we will re-test your hearing, check the hearing aids and re program them if your hearing has changed. This way, you’ll continue to enjoy maximum benefit from your hearing aids.
If, after your second follow up appointment you are not totally satisfied with your new hearing aids, then you can return them to us and we will give you a full refund, less the £149 consultation fee which is non-refundable and provided that this is within forty days of the initial fitting.
However, it is very rarely necessary for patients to return hearing aids to us. Our return rate is extremely low.
It’s this kind of commitment to service that makes Pindrop Hearing your best choice for hearing aids and hearing consultation.
If you have been referred for a test or are in need of our services, you can make your appointment by phone on 02074872660 or email [email protected] in the usual way.
