Pindrop Hearing are now registered and regulated by the CQC

Pindrop Hearing is one of the very few,
select private Audiology practices in the UK to achieve CQC registration.

What is CQC registration?

CQC registration is awarded after a long and rigorous process of inspections, interviews and scrutiny of all policies and clinical protocols. We are very proud to say that all three of our clinics have been successfully approved for individual registration.

Although CQC registration is not yet compulsory for Hearing care, Pindrop Hearing has chosen to become CQC registered as it demonstrates and confirms our commitment to high quality care, excellent standards, evidence-based practice and outstanding customer services.

It also means we are accountable to an external, governing body to ensure we always maintain those very high standards of patient care to which we have committed.

We believe this sets us far apart from other, non-registered Hearing Care providers and gives assurance of higher quality care to patients, as well as giving assurance to those medical professionals referring to our services.

Here is a link to our Official CQC registration certificate which has all the important information you need to know.

Who are the CQC?

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care. Activities they regulate include the treatment, care and support provided by hospitals, GP practices, dental practices, ambulance services and care homes.
