Pindrop Hearing is proud to announce a new 12-month partnership with Help for Heroes, launching with our Unmute the Magic Christmas campaign. The initiative supports UK veterans living with hearing loss and tinnitus – conditions that remain among the most common service-related injuries.
Launching in December, 10% of every Hearing Assessment fee will be donated directly to Help for Heroes as part of the Pindrop Pledge. The campaign highlights the life-changing impact of hearing loss at a time of year shaped by conversation, laughter and connection.
The partnership and donations will continue throughout 2026, aligning with Help for Heroes’ awareness activities and shining a light on the specialist hearing support many veterans require after service. As a fully independent, clinician-led audiology clinic, Pindrop Hearing places patient care and clinical expertise at the centre of everything we do.
Louise Arnold, Head of Relationship Fundraising at Help for Heroes, said:
“We’re delighted to begin this partnership with Pindrop Hearing, whose generous commitment to Help for Heroes highlights their wider commitment to UK veterans and their wellbeing.
“Hearing loss and tinnitus remain some of the most common service-related conditions, and for many serving personnel, permanent hearing damage can lead to medical downgrading or even discharge from the forces. Veterans with hearing loss often require specialist devices and therapies that go beyond standard NHS provision, so support from partners like Pindrop Hearing makes a real difference.”
Rony Ganguly, Doctor of Audiology and Founder of Pindrop Hearing, added:
“Christmas is a time built around shared moments — the conversations, laughter and sounds that bring people together. We wanted to launch this partnership at a time of year that reminds us how powerful connection can be.
Many veterans have lost those moments because of hearing injuries sustained in service. Through the Pindrop Pledge, every patient who walks through our doors this December helps us give something meaningful back: the chance for someone else to reconnect with the sounds that matter.”
