The meaning behind, “Don’t mishear the Sounds of Summer.”

This summer, you may have spotted Pindrop Hearing on Sky TV. Our advert asked a simple but important question:

‘Are you really hearing the sounds of summer?’

From laughter at a barbecue, to the sizzle of food on the grill, to family gatherings – summer is full of little moments that make life brighter. That’s why our campaign used humour and playful examples of ‘mishearing’ that make us smile to shine a light on a more meaningful truth: hearing matters to life’s best moments.

Missing a joke at a family party, mishearing the punchline of a story or struggling to join in at a noisy get- together can leave you feeling left out. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
