Pindrop Hearing COVID-19 Update

In order to comply with the governments most recent recommendations to stop the spread of COVID-19 by maintaining strict social distancing of 2m, we have had to make the extremely difficult decision to cancel all of our clinics for all face to face consultations and all procedures, including diagnostic hearing tests, ear wax removal, hearing aid assessments, consultations, follow ups and fittings from Monday 23rd March 2020.
If you are an existing hearing aid patient we can continue to support you via telephone consultations and postal hearing aid repairs, where possible. We may also be able to offer remote hearing aid programming for certain products, please call or email us to see if this is possible for your hearing aid.
If you are a Lyric patient and you require new devices please call us on 0207 487 2660 or email [email protected].
We are sorry that we are not able to continue to offer our services but our main priority has to be to protect our patients and staff by closing the clinic. This is a temporary measure and we hope to be back in business to serve the needs of our patients as soon as possible.
